Blessing Mbaebie-Oyedemi
Dr. Blessing Mbaebie-Oyedemi is a microbiologist and studied at UCL School of Pharmacy, UK. Her research advocates for global, sustainable antimicrobial interventions, antimicrobial drug discovery, and understanding host-microbe interactions behind antibiotic resistance mechanisms at the molecular level. Awarded the MRC-AREF Fellowship, recognized by the Next Einstein Forum, and twice awarded Commonwealth Fellow. Dr. Mbaebie-Oyedemi is a member of AMI One Health Advisory Panel, amidst other professional memberships and a fellow of UK Higher Education. A published researcher and peer reviewer, she is also a STEM mentor and passionate lecturer at Middlesex University London. Her contributions significantly advance antimicrobial research and global health policy.
