Michelle Kesby
Michelle Kesby has worked in FW&E for over 20 years as a microbiologist and is currently the data analyst for the FW&E Service. Michelle is involved in studies working with agencies such as UKHSA, The Food Standards Agency (FSA), Local Authorities (LA) and Port Health Authorities (PHA). This includes a 6-year FSA project to determine the levels of Campylobacter contamination in fresh chicken at retail sale1 and a reactive study after breaded chicken products were implicated in Salmonella outbreaks.
