My research is aimed at investigating the day-to-day microbial population changes occurring within the chicken gut microbiome to understand Campylobacter prevalence. I am also interested in developing novel intervention and control strategies against Campylobacter. Currently, I am investigating the use of prebiotics to inhibit Campylobacter growth.
