Shruti Dwivedi

Shruti Dwivedi is pursuing a Ph.D. in the Department of Biotechnology, D.D.U Gorakhpur University, Gorakhpur, India. Her area of research includes soil microbes, microbial enzyme technology, molecular biology, and soil metagenomics. She is currently working on the isolation of soil fungi as catalytic and efficient sources to produce pectinase enzymes, further elucidating their industrial potential as retting and clarifying agents.
