Heather Arney
Heather Arney brings more than 20 years of international development experience with a focus in the areas of finance, water and sanitation, climate, and gender equality. Since joining Water.org in 2005, Heather has pioneered and scaled WaterCredit, expanded international partner networks and capacities, designed and implemented strategic programs, and developed information systems and tools for program monitoring/measurement, verification, and research. Prior to joining Water.org, Heather served in the Peace Corps, in the Islamic Republic of Mauritania, West Africa, where she worked with microfinance institutions and girls’ education.
